We recently built a bespoke Menu Generator for BrewDog in the UK which enables their bar staff to quickly and easily edit their digital menu boards using an intuitive drag and drop interface. The Menu Generator ensure that published designs across BrewDog bars are consistent by using the same font type, font size and layouts.
The bar team simply pick the menu header and drinks they want on the menu from a drop down list, drinks are populated with a description, ABV %, size and price. When the menu is ready to publish they simple click preview to generate a JPEG image in the correct resolution and publish.
The frontend was developed in React.js with a Node.js backend integrated with the MySignagePortal API.
